Zakres obowiązków

1. Working with: Product team engineers (a mix of Frontend and Backend/Cloud engineers), Product Managers, engineers from other product teams, technical stakeholders from within the organization and on the client side 
2. Leading development team to deliver the expected value 
3. Overseeing technical solutions and implemented code 
4. Implementing highly reliable and performant code 
5. Co-defining, adapting and evangelizing product architecture, SDLC and NFR approach 
6. Co-defining and executing technical roadmap of the product 
7. Designing solutions addressing client needs 
8. Setting technical standards and ensure technical consistency 
9. Taking part in internal initiatives that combine business and technology (open-source projects, hackathons, R&D) 
10. Providing mentorship and support for less experienced developers
