Ethworks, subsidiary of Archblock, is looking for a Team Leader / Senior Software Engineer!

Note: We don’t expect you to know all the technologies, rather we expect you to learn and have a fundamental engineering background.

If you join our team...

...you will get one week of intense training in blockchain technologies. You’ll also learn about the practices we adopt to produce high quality code.

To create code that is fun to work with, we use pair programming, TDD, and code reviews. The team is responsible for choosing technologies, conventions and we work with loosely coupled architectures. And of course after work we’ll invite you to play some board games.

To make it happen, we look for a team leader or senior developer:

• who has solid experience with Python and web development
• experienced in TypeScript (React & Node.js)
• who would like to participate in blockchain projects and develop their skills toward blockchain technology,
• with knowledge of algorithms, databases, design patterns, integration/unit tests and refactoring,
• wants to lead a small team of 3-4 developers
• with minimum C1 level of English skills,

You’ll also score additional points with us if you:

• lead a team before
• have experience with AWS deployments
• worked with microservices before
• know something about blockchain, if not - don’t worry, we’ll draw you into our world,
• graduated from a Technical University in Computer Science or related fields.
  
  

In exchange, we’ll give you:

• base salary depending on your skills and experience: 25,000 - 35,000 PLN + VAT (B2B),
• salary increase as you develop your skills and take more responsibility,
