Required skills:

• very good knowledge of Python programming language
• experience in writing optimized and efficient code (knowledge of best practices, design patterns)
• general understanding of cloud solutions (prefferably AWS)
• willingness to learn and develop in new areas
• ability to communicate in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
• experience in managing developers team

Nice to have (any of this would be an asset):

• experience in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDb) and related automation solutions (CloudFormation, CDK)
• knowledge of Java (Java SE 11)
• real-time data processing experience
• Apache Kafka, Apache Flink
• team management skills

Candidate will work as a senior developer within the team building and delivering solution for Fujitsu's Trusted Society area which is one of the seven strategic focus areas to achieve sustainable world.

1. designing and developing new features based on defined requirements 
2. maintenance of the existing solutions 
3. discussing and clarifying requirements with stakeholders 
4. testing and documentation of the work performed 
5. supporting other team members, mentoring less experienced ones 
6. line management of 4-5 developers (career management, personal development, holiday plans) etc.
