O stanowisku / o projekcie 

Zonda is looking for an experienced Kubernetes engineer that will help grow our cloud capabilities by strategizing, defining, architecting, and leading modern cloud solutions. This individual will also be team leader for 2 dev ops engineers and help grow the team further in the future.

We are on a journey towards Kubernetes, with a goal of moving all of our services to GCP during 2023. The tech stack is very diverse, but we are currently focusing it towards cloud native technologies like CockroachDB. We want a declarative approach, so Terraform is a key technology for us.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Help define technical direction and roadmap for Cloud in collaboration with CTO and Head of Infrastructure, 
2. Managing the implementation and technical solutions, 
3. Develop and coordinate cloud architecture across diverse areas including application development, identity and access, 
4. Management, network and data management, and security, 
5. Provide designs for engineers on the project on how to deliver programmatic elements of the implementation, 
6. Own the content and lead workshops on technical topics with the internal teams, 
7. Develop architectural artifacts to lead the delivery of a successful implementation, 
8. Provide mentorship and coaching to technical team members, 
9. Creating and maintaining cloud architecture, 
10. Managing team with support from Head of Infrastructure and CTO, 
11. Installation, configuration and maintaining, 
12. Supervision and increasing the level of security of IT systems in the company, 
13. Preparation and updating of technical documentation, 
14. Diagnosing and solving incidents that have occurred, 
15. Analysis of system logs, events, monitoring of alerts, 
16. Providing support for the development team, 
17. Automation of maintenance, business and implementation processes, 
18. Create highly scalable and highly available solutions, 
19. Development of the CI/CD environment, 
20. Patch management.
