Infoprojekt is searching for an IT PROJECT MANAGER who will be responsible for our Microsoft365 projects, maintaining relationships with our strategic customers, proactively supporting implementation of PM best practices, facilitating collaboration and involvement of our IT team with close cooperation with our clients. Your daily workplace will be hybrid (mainly remote with visits at the office in Gdańsk, from time to time).

You will:

Plan and coordinate all aspects of the projects, build and continuously update and communicate long- and short-term plans with milestones and deadlines.

Establish and facilitate a smooth collaboration between client’s representatives, SW architects, IT development and testing teams.

Assign tasks to the project team members considering their skills, efficiency and impact on the project performance.

Adjust project plan, scope, resources and manage risks in conjunction with other projects in the portfolio along with managing of the awareness of potential interdependencies.

Monitor project progress, assess project performance and report on it.

Lead the project team throughout the full life cycle of a project, providing a big picture and detail when needed.

Preparing proposals and estimations for the upcoming projects and new opportunities.

The successful candidates should:

3+ years’ experience in IT Project Management Role

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft365 products (at PowerUser level)

Proven experience in management methodologies such as SCRUM

Excellent soft skills to ensure confidence in managing and leading project teams Steering committees and key stakeholders

Experience with RFI / RFP processes and with the preparation of business cases

Ability and experience with being a challenger, problem solver and negotiator

Experience with change management

Full professional proficiency in English.
