Our main goals are:

• Setup Scrum teams from two up to ten memebers, with proper seniority and skills. Sometimes pure dev team, sometimes autonomous team with PO/PM, UX, Tester etc.
• Continously improve skills of our developers, by participating in modern-stack projects and optional internal/external trainings or fun 'after-hours' projects.
•  Everything in great, non-corporate atmosphere
