• 4+ years of experience
• Solid Java skills
• Experience in JPA, Junit, Lombok, Jasper-Reports, Liquibase
• Experience with Docker, Git, IntelliJ, Maven, SQL in Postgres
• Good conversational English (upper-intermediate)
• Experience with complex integrations and integration issues
• Understanding of CI/CD platforms, databases, containers, performance testing
• Communicative German knowledge or higher

Skelia is on the hunt for a skilled Java Developer to join the project of our client, a fast-growing multinational technology company.

As Java Developer, you will be engaged in a project for Senate administration of Berlin for Education, Youth and Family (Senatsverwaltung für Bildung Jugend und Familie).

About the project

Our project is dedicated to the administration of the kindergarten places and billing between the city of Berlin and the kindergarten itself and between families and the kindergartens.

Zakres obowiązków

1. As part of the team, you will be working on the development and improvement of client's software projects 
2. You will be involved in coding & tasks execution, code review, issue resolutions, solving complex integration issues, etc 
3. You will develop complex and business-critical software without supervision. Following coding standards & adhering to DoD 
4. You will take responsibility and ownership over tasks and components of a software system 
5. You will do performance testing and find possibilities to optimize it
