Your Role
The 1st Line Support is a member who had a strong mindset with helping others make their work easier. The team's responsibilities include supporting the company's users worldwide by logging, troubleshooting, resolving, escalating, and documenting all requests.
The role of the 1st Line support will be to put on the glasses of the users and look at the problems with the same perspective. Is responsible for the correct implementation of user requests and support in resolving them or forwarding to other employees working on the application.
We’re looking for a 1st Line Support to:
Ensure timely and effective delivery of first line user support. Answer tickets coming in our Support platform
Categorize and prioritize support and assign more complex service issues to the appropriate IT team member or the entire team using a ticketing system.
Track and update status and information from tickets
Make changes to XML reports in Odoo
Prepare monthly Support reports for various applications
Write simple SQL queries to get data from different systems
Debug errors in the systems and understand how systems are connected with others to find issues between systems
About the Team
It’s a team of creative and committed people who, from ordinary needs create the best technological solutions for customers. The products are related to web applications, developed in .NET and Odoo system/framework in Python for international customers.
Your expertise
ideally with at least 1 year of support experience working across multiple regions in IT infrastructure/ Technical Support/ First Line/ Help Desk
excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
adaptability and ability to work effectively in different environments
good knowledge of Excel – tables, formular, pivot tables
ability to perform simple SQL queries
mindset to help the others – more helper, less achiever
fluent English and German language
