We are looking for:

Fullstack engineer for British medical startup. In this role you will have the opportunity to share the expertise with less cloud-capable colleagues, to understand requirements and lead and support them to deliver enterprise-class solutions.

As a Full Stack Developer in our team, you will take a leading role in enabling research collaborations at the forefront of cancer precision medicine with the ultimate goal of transforming patients’ lives. You will do this through the development of custom web applications from start to finish that allow partners to share information and use common data analysis infrastructure. As a Full Stack Developer you will be deeply embedded in a cross functional team of biologists, bioinformaticians and clinicians and work with cutting-edge web technology, cloud infrastructure and deep learning driven analytical toolchains.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

    Minimum 5 years of experience in main technology.

    Highly motivated, with a track record of driving ideas forwards and taking ownership of complex problems \

    Mastery of Python, with a real comfort working in the language

    Front-end React framework proficiency ·

    Intimate knowledge of Django (Including DRF and Django ORM) or knowledge of other Python frameworks e.g. Fast API, Flask ·

    Proven ability with database technologies such as Postgres, Snowflake, or Oracle.

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

    BSc degree in Computer Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or relevant field.

    Interest in Life Sciences or Drug Discovery

    Familiar with engineering best practices such as planning epics, writing many kinds of tests and developing CI/CD pipelines · Experience with AWS.

    Experience working in or supporting scientific research or a similar innovation and development scenario.
