Responsibilities:

    People management;

    Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management);

    Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality);

    Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives;

    Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes;

    Ability to quickly respond to any changes;

    Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production.

Requirements:

    3 + years of experience in a similar position in the information technology sector

    Understanding of Agile Methodologies

    Good educational background, preferably in the fields of QA or engineering

    Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    English: Upper-intermediate or higher

    Good interpersonal relationship skills
