The role will be to become a member of one of the teams continuously working on developing Fujitsu's PRIMEFLEX for SAP Landscapes - an advanced Integrated System oriented at seamless operations for on-premise SAP system infrastructure on the Linux platform. It shapes customers day-to-day service operations that are quick and easy to handle in the Data Center conditions. We use technologies such as virtualization, automated networking management, and system deployment.

Responsibilities:

    Development of existing and new orchestration functionalities in Fujitsu PRIMEFLEX Integrated System

    Processing code, implementation of new functionalities, according to defined requirements

    Following all defined way of working, and coding standards and procedures

    Cooperation within local and international team (including technical and project management)

    Bug troubleshooting and fixing in cooperation with QA, client or 3rd party

    Be an active team member within development team with the attitude to develop best in class and innovative products

Requirements:

    Very good knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems

    Very good knowledge Python programming language

    B2 English language skills

    Passion for clean code and great engineering work

    Experience with technical analysis and designing software using well known best practices

    Knowledge of Unit/Integration Testing

    Knowledge about REST API/Flask

    Knowledge about K8s or Azure

    Willingness to learn and develop in new areas

Nice-to-haves:

    Good bash knowledge

    Knowledge about sap

    Basic knowledge GO/React/TypeScript programming language

    Experience in working with Jira

    OS and software installation and configuration on server

    Knowledge about networking (including switches)

    At least base knowledge GIT code version control systems

    Experience with SUSE Linux and/or Red Hat Enterprise Linux families

    Experience in working with Jenkins is an asset
