Job Description
preparing and sending contracts to the Consultants and Clients,
creating contract templates according to the Client’s frameworks,
keeping high-quality of data in all our systems,
cooperating with Finance Department,
taking care of benefits programs and enrollment for Consultants,
conducting background checks,
preparing reports for Clients and Management Team.
Qualifications
minimum 3 years of experience in working with contracts, documents and back office systems,
experience with Microsoft Office (especially word and excel),
ability to speak Polish and English at a high level (B2),
independently organizes work, knows how to prioritize tasks,
attentive to details,
communicative, open-minded, enjoying working with people,
open to challenges, results-oriented.
Additional Information
Hybrid mode: 1 day from the office in Warsaw in City Centre.
Rate: 8 000 - 10 000 PLN gross per month.
Type of contract: B2B or permanent contract.
