Hi All, GuideVision Poland is looking for IT Business and Systems Analysts to work and grow with us in the area of ServiceNow.

In this role you'll be responsible for successful implementation of our solutions, and you'll act as a bridge between the customer and the dev team. You'll be looking for true customer needs and will propose solutions based on ServiceNow platform, analyse customer requirements and prepare user stories based on the discussion with the customer, conduct ServiceNow features demos and facilitate customer workshops, participate in presales presentations and workshops, provide the customer with guidance and project related advice.

What we need from you is:

Proven practical experience with business analysis and user stories writing (ideally 3+ years)

Experience with ServiceNow or other similar platforms will be an asset

Analytical mind and rational thinking 

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Fluent English, as you’re going to have direct contact with the customer
