As an IT Value Consultant, you should have excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering projects. With your impressive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape, disruptive technologies and trends in technology strategy, you will work in high performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed..

Your Role

Drive and develop technology vision, innovation, expertise, and thought leadership

Conduct IT value assessments and define IT spend improvement initiatives

Cooperate with the Business, IT, Finance, Procurement and HR to drill down and optimize IT spend

Leverage your IT and Finance acumen, and knowledge of IT domains’ experts to calculate business cases and support IT budgeting

Prepare and conduct negotiations with IT vendors (SW, HW, platforms, managed services)

Apply Zero-Based Budgeting methodology in clients’ IT domain (ZBIT)

Assist our clients in creating and implementing visions, strategies and roadmaps in the business and technology domains that address the challenges and opportunities of new business models leveraging technology

Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture

Work with client teams through conducting interviews, workshops, discussing findings and recommendations

Support internal Business Development activities by conducting industry and company specific research and contribute to the development of proposal presentations

Requirements: 

Minimum Masters’ degree (preferred in Computer Science, Quantitative Methods in Economics, Electronic Engineering, Operations Research or similar)

3-5 years of relevant professional experience

Excellent analytic and interpersonal skills

IT Finance and/or IT procurement background

Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform analyses independently & deal with new issues in dynamic work environments

Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and powerful manner

Experience and desire to continue working in international, competitive & challenging environments

Proficiency in Excel and Power Point and preferably also in a data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Polish. Good level of the other foreign language (especially German) would be strong asset

Working Conditions:

Headquarter: Warsaw, Cracow or Wroclaw Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation

Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
