We’re looking for an experienced & ambitious designer who will help us solve complex business problems and leverage technology to make products people love. You’ll be responsible for:

Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively

Delivering high-quality visual and graphic designs in relation to the existing frameworks and guidelines

Designing A/B tests to validate your hypothesis

Interpreting data and qualitative feedback with the focus on optimization of the existing product and company goals

We expect from you:

3+ years of commercial experience in a similar position

Experience in working closely with developers and with business, also at the early stages of the projects

Ability to quickly sketch proposals of the solutions 

Confidence in presenting your work and ideas to the teams and various stakeholders

Being self-start and self-motivated to perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision

Experience with conducting workshops (gathering requirements, mapping process, narrowing the scope of the project) 

Ability to create detailed wireframes and design specs of intricate user flows

Experience working on consumer and enterprise products over multiple release cycles

Practical experience with Figma, GA, VWO (or other A/B testing software)

Strong skills in English both spoken and written

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
