What we look for in you

• Proven knowledge as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role (e.g. Master Degree)
• 5+ years of experience working in Quality Assurance
• 3+ years of experience managing a team and projects
• 3+ years of experience with Test and Quality Automation
• Working experience in Quality Assurance with Android / iOS apps
• Outstanding communication skills
• Fluency in English

Bonus Points

• Working experience in a technology or SaaS company
• Working experience applying quality assurance in a continuous delivery release process
• Working experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German

O stanowisku / o projekcie 

As the Head of Quality Assurance you will take ownership of quality within the Beekeeper product by defining the strategy, vision and execution of our Quality Assurance. You will lead a team of quality assurance specialists and testers while working closely together with all the development teams to ensure the delivery of a high quality product.. You will not only need to ensure the functional correctness of our product, but also focus on the non-functional requirements, including stability, performance, usability and security. You will define the right balance between manual and automated testing and act as a quality gate keeper. You will work with all the development teams to ensure that quality is at the center of the development process by continuously driving a shift left strategy. As part of our leadership, you will both take part in shaping the Quality Assurance function and will also be part of shaping the entire product development organisation.

Location: Krakow, hybrid model (we expect regular visits to the Krakow office, several times a month)

3. Continuously drive Excellence and Quality within the Product Development organisation 
4. Lead, mentor and coach a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and Engineers 
5. Work together with the other leaders in the organisation shaping how we build software
