We are looking for a self-motivated and skilled IT Systems and Network Administrator. You will be a part of 3rd line Support Team consisting of three Administrators. You will work closely with other Support Lines and 3rd party vendors. Our goal is to automate and work smart. Our systems are based on Microsoft Azure Cloud, O365 portal (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams), Active Directory, N-Able RMM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager Mobile Device Management and Fortinet solutions for networks (Fortigate`s, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer). We have over 3000 users, 1600 PC`s, 200 remote sites.

🔍 Your responsibilities:

Maintaining and administering O365 platform (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive etc.).

Basic and advanced configurations on network devices consisting of Fortinet solutions.

Management of Active Directory and Windows Server systems.

Management of N-Able RMM and Mobile Management System.

Monitoring system events for pro-active action.

Troubleshooting errors that occur.

Third line support for resolving and address user problems.

Maintenance, implementation and administration of systems in responsibility.

🔍 Our requirements:

communicative Polish language

English at minimum B2 level

At least 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator

Experience with Azure and O365 management

Experience with Fortinet network solutions

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server

Basic knowledge of Linux system

Knowledge, experience and interest in network, integrations and IT architecture

Must be highly dependable, with a “Can Do” attitude
