In order to support our Regional IT Center in Gliwice, we are looking for a Test Manager SAP Regression Test who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthuasiasm. Use this chance and join our success!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and execution of all different regression tests for our global SAP S4HANA system rollout;
• Regression tests have to ensure system availability for our existing worldwide plants and our central systems which are impacted by our digital transformation programs;
• Manage and support different tests like Regression Tests according to the predefined test plan; Coordinate all test preparation activities: like test approach adaption, test automatization, and test system preparation with your test management team;
• Plan, invite, and lead test management meetings with the global tester team; Ensure the documentation of test results and defects with the test team and provide the test reporting;
• Manage and execute the test tool setup (i.e. JIRA); Ensure the quality of the execution of the test plans of different departments and projects;
• Align and manage test automatization of our global SAP S4HANA systems as required.

Requirements:

• IT expert with  4-5 years of practical experience in the area of Test Management of global IT systems (i.e. SAP S4HANA or similar);
• Experience in defining test cases/test plans;
• Good knowledge of Test Automatization tools;
• Experience within global IT projects;
• Good communication, collaboration, and project management experience;
• Very good English skills.
