to join our Application Management Services team in Toruń?

We are looking for a person who wants to take an active part in Cloud related IT projects. You will be member of the operational Platforms team which is responsible for application management, providing enhancement and continuous improvement to wide set of Document Sending platforms. Our team ensures availability of these platforms and seamless delivery of services to Posti Group’s customers.

This is what we are looking for :

• Fundamental understanding of application management service and applicable ITIL business processes – CMDB, change, incident and problem management.
• Working knowledge of software development, IT networks and protocols
• Good interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Self-starter with high initiative
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Passion to improve processes and practices
• Academic degree on ICT is beneficial

Would this be you?

• Experience of maintaining solutions on top of RHEL and Windows Systems
• Experience of data transfer protocols
• Scripting languages and ability to automate hectic routine work. Hands on programming experience in Python, Perl, C, TCL and C++ will be considered as advantage.
• Basics experience of maintaining integration platforms and knowledge about managing business critical high volume platforms. Knowledge about installation and maintenance of IBM Websphere MQ (or others like Rabbit MQ, Active MQ), F5 BIGIP LTM configuration and subversion skills are helpful
• Knowledge of Databases with ability to run complex queries
• Understanding on security concepts like firewalls, SSL, VPN, cryptography and certificates management
