As our Delivery Manager, you will join a global team that runs a broad range of projects, transforming existing and developing new digital services and tools across all of DNV's industries. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with teams, Stakeholders, Product Managers and leaders to foster a culture that supports respect, focus, courage, openness, and commitment.

Responsibilities:

Execution of the roadmap on time and on budget with the right quality/security

Overseeing teams across the different stages of product delivery

Evaluating consumer feedback and instituting changes as necessary to manage expectations

Constantly looking to identify impediments early, actively working to resolve those impediments, and escalates when needed

Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress

Serve the organization and product management to better achieve their goals by applying empirical process control

Coach the team in self-management and cross-functionality

Help the team establish practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt and increases product value

Skills & experiences:

3+ years of relevant professional experience as Delivery Manager / Scrum Master

Management skills, with a servant leadership management style

Strong Training, Mentoring and Coaching skills

Strong facilitation skills to opening hard conversations, guiding thorough inspection and exploring options to change

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other qualifications:

Skills in agile practices for Product Management

Good business acumen skills to engage business leaders

Experience in applying a wide variety of well-known patterns and techniques, e.g. TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, INVEST, User Stories, agile estimation

Passion for learning new technologies 

Ability to give constructive feedback to improve processes and quality 

Self-motivated and result oriented 

Bachelor or Master degree in design, software engineering, scientific, or engineering subject area and a strong scientific or engineering background in addition would be a distinct advantage considering the application domain
