We are the primary driving force behind SoftServe’s Cloud & DevOps Technology Capabilities and Partnerships. Our Cloud & DevOps team comprises more than 100 people. We take full ownership and leadership in implementation projects to ensure the quality of the results we deliver to our clients. And with Support and SRE part of our group, we provide the end-to-end customer experience and high satisfaction in the post-implementation phase. We focus on our client’s success and we're not afraid to step into the challenge. We have developed a customer-trusted relationship and a strong partnership with Google, Amazon, Azure, VMware, Red Hat, and HashiCorp. Being a part of the international community, we participate in major worldwide events (Google Next, Google Cloud Meetups, Microsoft Build, Microsoft Ignite, AWS Summits, AWS DevDays, and more).
Zakres obowiązków
- Communicates with client technical details and approaches, presents services, expertise, joins pre-sales teamÂ
- Performs designing, planning workloads, provisioning, monitoring, testing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure according to best practicesÂ
- Tracks and resolves technical challenges in complex solutionsÂ
- Participates in technical pre-sales activities (knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, discovery and assessments, technical proposal preparation)Â
- Defines specifications and requirements for solutionsÂ
- Develops technological approaches for software applicationsÂ
- Provides concise estimations of efforts required for project implementationÂ
- Provides input on schedule definition and accomplishes tasks in compliance with the schedule defined by a technical managementÂ
- Defines the current state and desired state of the solution, assists in defining the architecture vision and roadmapÂ
- Takes responsibility and supervises the implementation of the solution as defined by the architecture visionÂ
- Creates or assists with creating development environments efficiently
