• 2+ years of professional software development experience in backend of web applications;
• Strong programming skills in Python;
• Hands-on experience with Django and Docker;
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud and principals of relational databases’ solutions;
• Passion for constant learning and curiosity to solve complex software issues;
• Team-player with openness to discuss and collaborate with team members, located in Poland and in the United Kingdom;
• Advanced English language skills for smooth cooperation.
• Location in Poland, to make easy signing cooperation offer and, from time to time, team meetings.
• It would be a big plus, if you are able to join the project until the end of the year.

O stanowisku / o projekcie 

We are looking for a Backend Developer who has a great knowledge of Python, Django, AWS, databases and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). A team player who will help us develop a platform focused on data exploration and visualization capabilities to enable the exploration of data from the numerous suppliers with an aim to provide insights into the genomic drivers of common diseases and to facilitate the identification of novel therapeutic targets.

You will join our new-established international multifunctional Scrum team (Poland & UK) divided from: Product Owner (client's side), Scrum Master/PM, UX/UI Designer, Technical Architect, Backend and Frontend developers, Test Analyst, Business Analyst, DevOps & Data Scientist. The project is 2-year-old, in a phase of discovery, expand and maintenance.
