3. Ensure automated testing becomes an intrinsic part of our process 
4. Be part of advising the team on necessary tests, proper organization for tests, and suitable 
5. tools for achieving efficient and comprehensive views of quality 
6. Regularly communicate quality issues to the broader team 
7. Mentor developers, ad hoc testers and other quality assurance engineers to achieve high quality test cases 
8. Use your increasing knowledge of the systems technical aspects and business logic to build 
9. test cases
