Tasks: 

Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components and issued by users

Performing and executing operational tasks related to corporate IT infrastructure (Remote Infrastructure and Maintenance Management)

Cooperation and collaboration with other teams to ensure highest quality of infrastructural services delivery in the organization

Building-up and contributing to IT Knowledge Base

Profile: 

Technical knowledge in one or more from the following areas (Network, Server/Storage, Windows, Linux, Cloud, Databases, Scripting (Power shell, Python)

Unlimited willingness to learn

Team-minded

Work experience / internship in IT Department (corporate background would be an additional plus)

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
