You'll have the opportunity to:

Be part of an agile project team and cooperate directly with our clients.

With the support of our experienced IT team:

Implement, configurate and customise core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA or INSIS aligned with the clients’ needs.

Design IT solutions and prepare its documentation.

Plan and execute unit tests.

As part of our internal R&D team you can be involved in the development of our own innovative solutions for our clients.

We bet on you, so we expect you to have:

Very good understanding of OOP principles

Very good English (min. B2)

Good communication skills

Understanding of software engineering

Be able to work in Poland and the European Union

We appreciate if additionally you have:

Software development best practices

Commercial experience in Java programming language

Teamwork skills and experience

Understanding of design patterns

Speak French or German

Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Salesforce experience and certification, Spring or any similar hands-on experience
