Required Skills/Experience:

• You have developed at least one PHP project (commercial projects will be a plus)

• Strong communication skills (in both Polish and English)

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Critical thinking and out-of-the-box attitude

• Soft competencies: communication, 
  

Nice to have:

• Commercial experience in designing and developing PHP-based solutions

• Database design and optimization knowledge

• REST API hands-on experience

• Interest in Domain-driven design and clean code approach
