Responsibilities:

• As a Release manager, you will support the planning and implementation of our global roll-outs for non-digital core programs like SalesForce, Group Calculation, Aurora Purchasing, different HR projects, and the global project management system;
• You will align and plan the release road map and major milestones and project phases for our non-Digital Core programs;
• Track and trace the implementation of the planned requirements;
• Maintaining the released road map scheduling in our release management tool, Plutora;
• Communicate release road maps, system downtimes, and release notes to the stakeholders;
• Reporting the progress to the different program managers.

Requirements:

• IT expert with  4-5 years of practical experience in the area of Release Management of global IT systems (i.e. SalesForce, SAP Purchasing & HR systems or similar);
• Experience in project planning and release planning;
• Knowledge of Release Management tools (i.e. Plutora);
• Experience within global IT projects;
• Good communication, collaboration, and project management experience;
• Very good English skills.
