Must have:

• 5+ years of RDBMS expertise (preferably DB2, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
• Experience of successful heterogeneous migrations and applications in AWS
  
• Good knowledge of SQL language and practical experience
• Communication skills
• 2+ years of Leadership Experience

Nice to have:

• ETL process development experience
• AWS certificates

Due to the growing new needs in the company and the strengthening of the Database team, we are looking for a Database Technical Lead who will be able to assist and lead projects at different stages together with engineers, including pre-sale communication. The database division has a flat organizational structure in which engineers collaborate in project teams.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Participate in the DB design and architecture
2. Approve of architectural cloud services solution for database migration
3. Participate in pre-sale and negotiations with customers
4. Participate in the writing, review and protection of SOW
5. Manage and monitor multiple projects at different stages
6. Assist the project as principal engineer and architect
7. Lead a team of engineers, mentor team members and help them with professional growth
8. Extend and share the knowledge with AWS services and new technologies with the team
