Hello Ladies and Gents!

We are an R&D IT team situated in a computing center in Kraków, focusing on end-to-end solutions supporting the evolution of e-infrustructures for scientists and their research:

• We have participated in the delivery of Polish Grid Infrastructure - PLGrid and equipped it with its major web tools like the User Portal, Help Desk, Resource Allocation Platform or Accounting Platform
• Delivered an allocating system for Krakow's synchrotrone or
• Made Copernicus data widely available via the Sat4Envi platform: dane.sat4envi.imgw.pl. 

Currently we are higly engaged in the activities of open science with our partnership in EOSC - European Open Science Cloud. It's an initiative creating a research-supporting environtment, including major e-infras, thematic services, datasets, publications, software, all in the open-science spirit. Our team is responsible for the delivery or the researcher-facing web tools in the scope of the EOSC Future project:

• User dashboard (beta)
• AI-driven search service (production)
• Marketplace solution (production)
• Knowledge-hub (alpha)
• Training catalogue (beta)

unified under EOSC Front-Office brand.

The beauty of this initiative is that it's one of the kind. There is nothing else like it (and our tools) out there, so we can be inspired by other 'similar' solutions but it takes a lot of brainstorming and analysis to deliver something of value to our final end-users.

Our recruitment process is simple. You apply, if we find your CV adequate, we ask for a meeting (remote or on site), we talk and after we give each other some time to think. If we're both on the same 'yes, I do' page, we start the hiring formalities.

We like to work as a team. We decide about the initiatives and projects we want to take up. We decide obout the technologies we work with. Together, we are responsible for what we deliver.

Our repo, depending on the component is 4-1 year old. We work with machine learning. We work with agile methodologies. We learn about business-related concepts like ITSM. We have product discovery and use UX methodology and tools as part of our delivery cycle. Oh, and we like fun and even spending time with each other after business hours :)
