Junior IT Specialist - BiaÅ‚ystok

We are an extraordinary mix of travel industry experts, product, and software engineers, developing a successful online booking tool for corporations and large organizations. Today, as a part of the sector leader CDS Groupe, we support 500k+ business users making thousands of bookings a day.

As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be focusing on:

    Supporting users with their daily IT related issues (Incidents and Service Requests)

    Configuring workstations and other IT equipment

    Administrating our internal tools and systems

    Managing software licenses and corporate hardware

    Monitoring Security alerts

    Working closely with Administration/DevOps/Security teams

    Learning lots and quick!

Desirable experience and skills:

    Min 1 year in IT Administration/Helpdesk

    Experience with Windows/Mac configuration

    Some experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, networks

    Office 365 administration

    Basic familiarity with ITIL and ServiceDesk systems

    Not afraid to use a screwdriver (replace basic computer parts, etc)

    Proactive, hands-on and creative problem-solving mindset

A big plus would be:

    Understanding of Security principles

    Any experience with MS Defender, MS Sentinel
