• • Have  min. 2+ years of experience as Tech Lead, or a similar position with mentoring of developers in an international, multicultural environment as a part of a virtual team,
  • Change management experience: the ability to support team members in changing environments,
  • Project management experience: helping the team with organization, prioritization, and translation of business requirements into technical requirements,
  • Knowledge of architectural design patterns in JavaScript (ES6 or newer),
  • Have a broad experience with React.js,
  • Knowledge of web services, RestAPI, and microservices,
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery using continuous delivery tooling such as Jenkins, AzureDevOps
  • Practical experience with Docker containerization and knowledge of Azure or other public clouds,
  • Fluency in English—verbal and written
  • Knowledge of UX and design sensibilities, wireframe tools like Abstract, and Figma is a plus,
  • Knowledge of tracking tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Senior React Developer / Team Leader will lead a team of front-end developers in developing the eCommerce frontend. You will drive continuous improvements in the team to deliver the best quality software.

Additionally, you will act as Lead of the E-commerce Engineering Stream (frontend and backend) to guide and support eCommerce application/services teams in delivering the best solution.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Being Frontend Engineer, Tech Lead, and Solution Architect in the Product/Scrum Team to deliver high-quality solutions,
2. Supporting the recruitment of new talents which will be part of the eCommerce Engineering Stream,
3. Encouraging and facilitating people in the Team to continue developing themselves, both personally and within their area of expertise, so that they remain up-to-date in their field of expertise,
4. Highly proficient at identifying international market trends that may impact the way of working of IT professionals, and able to adopt and implement these trends,
5. Cooperating with other Stream Managers and Tech Leads from organizations in the Community of Practice to agree and endorse the development principles and best practices for the company development teams.
