• 7+ years of work experience, at least 4 of those managing other leaders and multiple teams

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience in building and leading high performance engineering departments

• Strong sense of responsibility for ongoing projects with a can-do attitude. Ability to work with different cultures in distributed teams.

• You have solid experience working in an agile development environment

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Fluency in Polish and English

• Experience from the Financial Sector would be an advantage.

Both payments and data aggregation flows depend on the connectivity layer that our teams build.

We enable integrations in new markets expanding the global coverage and offering of Tink. We strive to standardize the access methods and data models across the globe.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Be responsible for the overall timely delivery and quality of the products multiple teams build in the area
2. Be data-driven and always seek new ways of knowing and improving you services
3. Continuously improve the speed and quality with which we build our software
4. Improving the quality and efficiency of API connections in the area of Connectivity
5. Juggle priorities and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
6. Work closely with product management and leadership team to ensure we're building products in the best way
7. Optimize team efficiency and scalability of Connectivity area
8. Share and implement best practices in software development
9. Align your teams and your stakeholders towards ambitious goals
10. Coach and mentor engineers leaders to make them grow
11. Actively support recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
12. Manage and monitor performance of engineering leaders as well as their teams
13. Constant desire to improve and learn the latest best practices both in the business domain and leadership.
