Opis oferty

We are looking for a diligent, active and enthusiastic Lead Engineer to join our team and work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the future of payments and expense management.
You will be working on a next-generation spend management solution that is disrupting the market by offering virtual and physical corporate cards that eliminate the need for traditional expense reports.

This role combines 50% hands-on Java Development combined with 50% of Team management.

Zakres obowiązków

  1. Lead team of 6-8 people
  2. Design, build and evolve the core backend platform for our Client in a scalable and reliable way
  3. Technically own problem domain: facilitate design, development and launch of key microservices in the domain
  4. Work with the leadership to identify, plan and execute long term vision
  5. Work cross-functionally with various engineering and product teams to deliver features that span across domains
  6. Be the Subject Matter Expert of the domain under ownership
