• Knowledge of the Linux environment
• Basic knowledge of Java programming and experience in support will be an asset
• Good communication skills in English
• Availability to work in the following time frames: 16:00/17:00 – 00:00/01:00 CET (it will be possible to change working hours after about a year)
• Readiness to visit the office in Cracow 2 times a month

Join the new Cracow team, which is responsible for the development and support of the Security Management Platform. The local team works with a broader organization of 90 professionals located around the world in London, Pune, and Poznan.

The Platform is critical for the bank from a regulatory standpoint. It allows the Collateral Operations Team to perform the daily margining functions and manage risk across thousands of clients globally.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Support DevOps applications (batch monitoring, incidents, responding to business inquiries, and problem management)
2. Proactively manage the application to support service levels, incident resolution
3. Identify automation opportunities and contribute to end-to-end solutions to reduce manual work
4. Work in an Agile/ DevOps/ SRE environments and adhere to best practices and principles
5. Collaborate hand-in-hand with senior team members/managers (build solutions and gradually acquire technical skills and business knowledge, learn how to build Java Micro Service and Google Cloud technologies)
