Opis oferty

Cooperation: Either contract/freelancing or regular employment – you decide. Work partially or completely remotely. Work from wherever it suits you.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Act as the primary application Subject Matter Expert for at least one application
2. Deep rooted knowhow of systems
3. Strong knowledge of system interfaces
4. Expertize in System flow and business process with system
5. Act as main responsible for solving incoming Priority Critical tickets
6. Review overall system functionality and report issues and document changes
7. Acts as SPOC for technical communication with client
8. Report to Domain/Tech Team Manager
