About the job

Alongside with developing well known connectivity standards stacks (like Bluetooth, Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi) we are working with the industry leaders such as Amazon, Apple, Google, and their partners on next generation of IoT solutions like Matter. As a QA Test Lead in Networks Group, you will be working with SW Teams in agile development environment. You will focus on orchestrating testing practices around developed connectivity technologies, communication protocols and application-level embedded software components.

Nordic Semiconductor is a global company with multinational teams. You will be working with cross-site projects mainly with engineers from Poland and Norway with occasional business travels.


Key responsibilities

  • Measure and improve quality of deliveries from the SW Teams 
  • Suggest improvements to SDLC processes and drive experiments 
  • Implement common test methodologies across SW Teams 
  • Optimize hardware resources usage in R&D infrastructure 
  • Drive changes towards DevOps culture adoption and mastering practices 


Qualifications and skills

  • Deep understanding of quality assurance and proven testing experience 
  • Practitioner of DevOps culture and background in CI/CD systems 
  • Knowledge of RF technologies, network protocols and embedded systems will be an asset 
  • Experience working on open-source projects 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
