Recruitment process:

1. Intro call with our recruitment team (45 – 60 min)
2. Technical interview – some questions and discussion based on your own code, which you present (max 1 hr)

3. Taking responsibility for technical decisions
4. Helping and guiding more junior developers on the team
5. Code reviewing
6. Active participation in dailies
