Opis oferty

We are looking for an excellent Team Lead that will deal with fascinating technological challenges and lead our Data Core Team with professionalism to deliver our products in high quality and on challenging timeframes. The Team Lead will lead a team of 4 Software Developers, providing direction, support, and motivation. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for developing and mentoring team members, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The hiring process will include the following steps:
1. Screening video call (30 min) with HR.
2. Video call (30 min) with a director/ team lead from the department -intro and tech questions
3. Home assignment
4. Technical interview  with the director and one of the team members (1.5h)-discuss and review the task
5. EVP Engineering interview
6. HR interview
7. Offer

Zakres obowiązków

  1. Lead a team of 4 Engineers, developing services for the Knowledge Platform of the company.
  2. Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain production-level application code for new and existing services.
  3. Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from design to implementation.
  4. Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members effectively.
  5. Identify and proactively advise on potential risks to success.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the team's work aligns with the overall goals of the organization.
  7. Project planning for short, mid, and long terms.
  8. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and bring new ideas and solutions to the team.

  9. **50% of the duties in this role are Engineering-related, and 50% are managerial**
