Your responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure related projects and smaller improvements as a project engineer
• You will work as part of the international IT infrastructure architect team, covering Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania
• You will have to cooperate with other professional groups inside the company (such as IT operations, IT security, application development team, service desk, procurement, etc.), and 3rd party providers
• Participate in business projects, representing the IT infrastructure in the project team, and taking care of infrastructure related tasks (both design and implementation activities)

Our requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and at least 3 years of experience as a project implementation engineer or similar role

Technical:

• At least a generic knowledge about AWS cloud, and/or a willingness to quickly learn it
• Generic knowledge about x86 environments: x86 servers, VMware virtualization, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office365
• Generic knowledge about networking: LAN, firewalls, VPNs
• Generic knowledge about IT governance (ITIL and/or other best practices)
• Generic understanding of IT security best practices
• Manufacturer certifications is a plus

Other skills:

• Good English skills, both oral and written
• Using you existing knowledge, you must be able to quickly pick up new topics, and learn the basics of any new technology
• Basic partner management skills
• Proactive approach, ability to come up with new ideas based on industry trends about developing and optimizing the existing infrastructure both from a technical and financial point of view
