What you bring_

• 6+ years of experience in web development (strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript)
• Experience with Hexagonal architecture
• Ability to communicate effectively and motivate team members; providing guidance and support to the team to ensure that all technical requirements are met
• Providing clear and concise direction to team members; helping to identify and solve technical issues as they arise
• Fluent English, both written & spoken

Nice to have_

• Basic knowledge of Azure Cloud (or other cloud technologies)
• DevOps approach to software development

As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of web application within the organization. You will interact with several key stakeholders, including:

• Product Managers;
• Product Owners;
• Tech Leads from other tribes (Spotify model of working);
• the Web development team;
• API teams;
• IT Architecture and Security teams.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Managing the technical team and helping people around you to progress technically; leading the team during the Product Increment Planning; recruiting new team members 
2. Ensuring the quality of the source code, tests, documentation and deliverables 
3. Managing technical and architectural debt; removing all technical blockers and risks 
4. Defining short/medium/long-term development axes and strategy 
5. Defining quality criteria (unit tests, code styling, code organization, etc.) 
6. Being part of peer reviews for pull requests, architectural proposals, and process proposals 
7. Sharing knowledge with other teams: components, architecture, best practices, etc.
