👉 Project Info:

• You'll contribute to a long-term fintech project for one of our major clients (one of the largest European banks).
• You'll become a part of the Centre of Excellence Team, working with advanced and highly experienced specialists.
• You'll be engaged in discussions with key company stakeholders.
• You'll develop and improve your skills rapidly; ensuring high-quality results.
• Duration : 6 months.

☝️ We want you on board if you:

• Are located in Poland or Switzerland.
• Can communicate well in English and German (CEFR B2+).
• Have 3+ years of experience conducting UX research.
• Have prior experience in conducting usability testing.
• Have hands-on experience with competitor analysis.
• Have experience in expert reviews.
• Conducted heuristic evaluations and surveys.
• Have experience in card sorting and other tools and methods.
• Have the ability to provide Case Studies or similar documentation that demonstrates that you helped clients in setting up research plans and strategies (portfolio).
• Have the ability to create reports with findings and recommendations.
• Have the ability to collect and interpret user feedback, as well as do desk research.
• Have the ability to easily learn and use the most common research tools and methods.
• Have an understanding of how to use qualitative data, knowing the importance of combining different methods.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in banking projects.
