• 7+ years of programming experience with Java
• Strong SQL development and debugging experience with relational database
• Good knowledge of OOPs concepts
• Good knowledge of unit testing practices

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop and maintain reliable software solutions 
2. Deliver software enhancements and projects supporting new business requirements 
3. Continuously improve the platforms, using the latest technologies and software development ideas 
4. Develop close working relationships with other technology teams in the firm to advance cross team initiatives 
5. Be responsible for system upgrades and features supporting resiliency and capacity improvements, automation, and controls, as well as integration with other applications 
6. Work with Support teams to manage and resolve operational issues 
7. Collaborate with teams to deliver the highest quality products to our clients
