Opis oferty

What we expect:
● 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer developing high-availability scalable Python applications and Kubernetes.
● Experience with implementing and testing communication protocols and REST APIs.
● Experience in working with database technologies at high scale (SQL, NoSQL).
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
● Exposure to setting up CI/CD systems to improve the speed and quality of shipping code.
● Experience with deploying containerised applications and building secure network infrastructure is a plus.
● “You build it, you run it” approach: manage services across the entire life-cycle, from development to deployment and monitoring.
● English proficiency is required

Opis oferty 

As a Back-end Engineer, you will develop, deploy and operate high-availability scalable applications that play a critical role in the transition towards a carbon-free sustainable future. You will work in a cross-functional team that is building a platform that will allow customers to use their devices in order to support the electrical grid. With this, you will shape and contribute to our vision of living spaces for generations to come.

Zakres obowiązków

  1. Build, test, and deploy applications that will run the algorithms provided by the Data Science team at the core of our operations and the APIs to integrate with third-party platforms. 
  2. Write high-quality maintainable code following software-development best practices. 
  3. Collaborate closely with every part of the team, from Product Owners to Data Scientists to QA, in order to continuously improve the platform capabilities. 
  4. Our existing stack is based on Kubernetes and Azure functions running Python, but we are open to whatever framework and programming language best fit the situation.
