Our customer is investing in infrastructure, data management platforms, and applications for their business line needs as well as building additional capabilities. They are using technology to automate a number of tasks to increase productivity and improve efficiency. Another technological pursuit is Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics, which the company is investigating for use in both internal and client-facing processes for tasks such as fraud detection
