Who you are (Minimum qualifications)

• You are a Senior Backend Engineer with 4+ years of experience working on production apps
• You have experience building and supporting multi-client REST APIs
• You are proficient with PHP and MySQL
• You have experience working with modern PHP frameworks
• You have an innate curiosity that leads to continuous learning and discovery
• You understand and use on a daily basis good practices and design patterns
• You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback, in the interest of mentorship and self-improvement
• Able to communicate in English?

Ideally, you also (Preferred qualifications)

• Have experience collaborating with offshore teams
• Have experience with Laravel
• Have experience in AWS
• Nice to have: experience with Vue.js or other leading frontend frameworks

Zakres obowiązków

1. Work on developing our modular apps for providers and facilities (new features & maintenance) in Scrum (mostly 2 weeks sprints, small teams), 
2. Actively cooperate with your Scrum team consisting of Fullstack Engineers, QA, Product Designer and a Product Manager (sometimes Android/iOS Engineers) in Poland and US, 
3. Contribute to developing new solutions while sharing your opinion and ideas during Scrum Events, Tech meetings, or simply in Slack channels, 
4. You will craft intuitive experiences that delight our users while accounting for performance, reliability and maintainable code. 
5. Use the following tech stack: PHP 8+, Laravel, AWS, RDBMS
