Must Have

• 8+ years of recent production quality Python product development experience
• 2+ years of production level experience with reactive-style frontend development (React or similar) targeting modern browsers
• High technical proficiency with a hands-on approach and proactive mindset
• Leadership skills as represented by the ability to communicate efficiently, balance various engineering trade-offs, motivate the team, contribute to the development process, all in order to deliver new features while keeping the stability of the platform
• Experience with requirements analysis and system’s design
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Well understanding what ownership means and being accountable for systems that are within team's responsibility
• High technical skills; being able to dive into any part of the full stack development when required
• Practical experience with consuming and designing REST APIs (OpenAPI)
• Good written and spoken English, comfortable with working in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with designing and developing e-commerce systems
• Experience working with payment platforms (PayPal, Adyen, Stripe, etc.)
• Experience with web analytics and remarketing (GA4, GTM,...)
• Familiarity with Google Ads and conversion tracking
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce)
• Ability to take user perspective thinking about UX and UI improvements

We're looking for an experienced tech leader that will lead a team of developers and that will bring some payment expertise to the table.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Technical leadership of a development team 
2. Developing and improving the systems under his/her responsibility (e.g. hosted checkout solution with order and payment processing) 
3. Working with Product department and various stakeholders on setting goals, planning resources and maintaining technical vision of the product domain 
4. Managing cross-team projects when necessary
