REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in development roles, preferably from startups (or other agile environments). 
• Proficiency in Java - a must! 
• Experience with SQL databases (MySQL). 
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). 
• Hands-on experience with distributed log systems (like Kafka, and RabbitMQ) 
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and Docker. 
• Passionate about technology, enjoys solving complex problems, and learning new technologies. 
• A team player with strong communication skills.

1. Design of the overall architecture of the web application  
2. Implement cool new features, services, and APIs  
3. Write reusable code and libraries  
4. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability  
5. Solve bugs (no one can hide from them)  
6. Write tests and monitors
