Essential requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in in Python back-end development
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Practical knowledge of Linux
• Fluency in English, written and verbal

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in computer software engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Docker
• Experience working with message queue systems, e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Knowledge of version control systems, e.g. Git

Camlin Technologies is looking for Engineers to join its market-leading design team at its Krakow office. The successful applicant can expect to join a growing development team. While being able to work closely with others he or she will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently.

WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY 

We are looking for talented Python back-end developers to join our Linux-based server development team. 

The team will be working on an exciting project to develop a cutting-edge Web visualization tool designed for monitoring electrical networks. This innovative system will be responsible for monitoring the current state of the electrical grid and generate accurate usage forecasts.  Results will be presented in a user-friendly web interface. 

As a Python back-end developer, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of the back-end-side components of this tool. However, you will also engage in close collaboration with front-end developers, testers, data engineers, and product owners as part of our cross-functional team.
