ClearScale expects successful candidate to have the following qualifications and skills:

1. We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years hands on experience (3-4 years in React) as frontend/senior frontend developer’s role with focus on product development projects
2. Hand-on experience designing modern, interactive and cross-browser layouts for complex web applications using React
3. Experience with deployment processes and testing practises of web applications (UI unit testing, Postman)
4. Practical experience with authorization layers (JWT or OAuth2 or AWS Cognito)
5. Expert level in HTML/CSS/XML/JS and TypeScript
6. Knowing how to work with wireframing tools and implement wireframes with high accuracy (Figma)
7. Fluent English (at least B2)
8. Ability to succinctly and efficiently communicate in English both synchronously and asynchronously with an internal team and customers
9. Strong self-management and self-organizational skills working in a remote environment
10. Flexibility and awareness when to pursue implementing new solutions and when to adopt existing ones focusing of delivering value
11. Understanding of fundamental software development lifecycle stages (e.g. requirements, design, development, testing, delivery) and processes

Opis oferty 

ClearScale is looking for a (senior-level expected) Frontend, Developer to participate in an AWS-hosted SaaS platform development project. You will become part of a mid-sized distributed engineering team that is responsible for preparing infrastructure, designing application architecture, implementing and stabilizing program code, running load tests, optimizing performance, and providing operational support. Implementation will employ the stack based on React/Vue HTML5/Bootstrap with Java/Kotlin backend. Application architecture will be designed using a variety of AWS services and SDKs.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Implement and maintain frontend applications for AWS-hosted multi-tenant SaaS platform, understand requirements and propose efficient and extendable implementations 
2. Collaborate with UX team and identify implementability and shortcomings of the design including given time constraints and working to deliver simple and effective solutions 
3. Implement UI mockups designed in Figma, review and clarify requirements with Technical Leads and customer if necessary 
4. Integrate with existing and new REST APIs and align with backend teams on API contracts 
5. Collaborate with a team lead, in-house and external stakeholders 
6. Be a key figure in planning, estimating and implementing UX wireframes within UI squad 
7. Be accountable for own and team work within UI team 
8. Be a bridge between UX, UI and Backend teams to deliver finished features 
9. Ability to recommend solutions to identified problems as they arise and communicate those with the development team 
10. Documenting the deliverables and ability to demo them to the customer during demo sessions and asynchronously
