Job Description

Tasks:

•    Preparing all Bosch IT users (~360.000) for changes coming along with Microsoft 365 solutions. The ACM facilitates the transition from the old way of working to the future state of working.

•    Developing user enabling campaigns, including a communication & training strategy to adopt new work styles of Microsoft 365 solutions.

•    Performing regular analysis of feedback of users and stakeholders within our organization to e.g. identify resistance and improve processes for user adoption/enabling (UX).

•    Steer a virtual team of experts (communication, training, support, product owner) and ensure a proper information flow within the team and further stakeholders.

Profile:

•    Ability to lead functionally, to motivate project team and to work in a team (empathy, responsibility and persuasiveness). Intra-disciplinary and proactive cooperation with different teams and Business Units.

•    Problem solving skills, excellent communication skills are key. Good English skills mandatory, German skills beneficial.

•    Capabilities to moderate workshops & discussions and the ability to prepare future cooperation scenarios.

•    Ability to combine technical and customer/user view and a good understanding of relevant IT products/services as well as customer environments.
